Mayami Oyanagi, PT, MS, OCS

Her interest in the physical therapy began based on her own low back injury experience at a young age. Her clinical experience spans 17 years, concentrating on orthopedic manual therapy and sports medicine. She treats the “root-cause” of a client’s problem by utilizing biomechanical assessments. She continues to take various continuing education courses all over the world to improve her skills and help people get better and move better faster. She enjoys hiking, swimming, skiing, and motorcycle racing.

Dr. Christopher David, DPT, OCS, CSCS

After receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in 2014, Dr. David has become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He believes that the body requires constant attention in order to perform optimally and efficiently. Each of his patients receive individualized treatments specific to their impairments and limitations. Chris utilizes manual therapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic exercises to help each patient meet their physical goals. He continues to pursue continued education in manual therapy, movement analysis, and athletics. He enjoys playing piano, basketball, snowboarding, surfing, and golf.

Hector Juarez

Hector’s interest in patient care grew long time ago. His outgoing personality really helped him enjoy interacting with patients. He believes that working in the medical field is very rewarding, especially when he is able to assist with patient needs.

He is a multipotentialite, he enjoys working out, listening to various music, playing multiple sports, drawing, reading, etc.

Hector can speak English and Spanish fluently.


Jane Yoo

Jane’s love affair with Pilates started in 2015, when she first attended Pilates session in West Hollywood, California.

Starting out as a client, she was inspired by her instructor’s grace, strength and confidence, things that she also desire for herself. After several sessions she found herself slowly but surely falling in love with the practice. Her desire to have more vitality, energy, flexibility and overall health drove her to make Pilates her way of life.

In 2016, Jane became a certified Pilates Instructress through Whole Body Method certification program. Equipped with more knowledge and her passion to educate people on the profound benefits of Pilates, she started to teach individuals and helped them achieve their wellness goals.

Jane presently offers individual and group sessions, making sure that every session is informative and every detail explained for her clients understanding.

Jane believes that balance in life is achievable with a healthy mind and body.

Tommy Santos

Tommy Santos is a science-backed performance nutritionist currently servicing Los Angeles and athletes around the nation. Previously, [Coach] Santos worked as a combat medic in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division providing medical support to troops deployed to danger zones.

While working as a strength trainer, Tommy has completed post-graduate level education in applied sport and exercise nutrition and is actively completing additional higher learning.

Performance nutrition helps competitive athletes gain the desired adaptation or performance by complementing exercise training and strength & conditioning. Performance is not limited to the court or field, but also extends to those who are recovering from an injury, dealing with excess body fat or inadequate muscle mass/function, or those that need a clear head to make executive decisions within their job description.
